Beehive beacon checker

The beacon checker at the beehive basin trail head seems to be broken. When you pass it the red X disappears and it beeps and then the red X reappears. I’m assuming the green lights might be burnt out but it gives the impression that your beacon is off. My partner and I double checked ours after passing due to the confusion from the checker. Just wanted to pass this on as an FYI and possibly alert whoever is responsible for maintenance. Stay safe out there!
